In 2023 Bose released the S1 Pro +, an upgraded version of their original battery-powered speaker.
The S1 Pro + (plus) has the familiar layout of the original Bose S1 Pro, but with a sleek new design, updated Bluetooth, up to 11-hour standby battery power, and now wireless audio receivers built in.
The S1 Pro + is a battery-powered speaker designed for professional environments with three channels, and multiple connection options including Bluetooth, AUX, instrument and microphone inputs and the new wireless receivers.
Lightweight and portable with a range of set-up options, the S1 Pro + works so well for so many professionals.
On a stage, on a stand, under a console, anywhere. Powerful enough to be used by performing musicians, wedding celebrants, DJs, public speakers or training presenters. The Bose S1 Pro + comes with a removable battery built-in. Fully charged, the S1 Pro + has a standby time of up to 11 hours and will run for 5 or 6 hours, maybe longer depending on the volume you’re pushing and what’s connected (Bluetooth vs physical input vs wireless receivers vs volume).
The S1 Pro + has a speaker stand “pole hole” in the base meaning it will easily pop on a traditional speaker stand when sitting flat on a table, stage, etc isn’t the right option.
It’s lightweight at just over 7kg, and the handle at the top makes it easy to carry and transport.
