Shipping Policy

I am committed to delivering your order as efficiently as possible.   It’s great gear and comes with a hefty price tag.  Not only is it important and good manners to get it to you as quickly as possible, it’s exciting stuff and I know you want to use it ASAP.

Due to the size and nature of of the Bose Professional products, please review the following details regarding shipping and delivery.

Shipping Details

Unless specified otherwise, all products are shipped directly from Bose Professional warehousing or a third-party logistics provider acting on behalf of Bose Professional.

Delivery Locations

We ship to all regions within New Zealand.

Shipping Times

  • Standard Delivery Time: Products are typically dispatched within 2 business days after purchase and payment confirmation.
  • Delivery Times: Depending on your location and the origin of the product (either from Auckland or Australia), delivery may take up to 14 days from the time of purchase.  Bose are working hard to significantly reduce this delivery time in 2025.

Please note, that delivery times may vary slightly due to public holidays, remote locations, or unforeseen delays with couriers.

Shipping Costs

Unless specifically noted, delivery is free.

Special Delivery Instructions

Due to the large size and value of the Bose Pro products, please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at your provided shipping address. If you have specific delivery requirements (e.g., a gate code, or preferred delivery time), please let me know in advance.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframes, external factors such as customs delays (for products shipped from Australia) or courier disruptions may cause delays. We will keep you informed in the event of any significant delays.  Rural delivery can be unpredictable.

International Shipping

At this time, we only offer shipping within New Zealand.  If you require international delivery, please contact me at info@richaudio.co.nz to discuss possible arrangements.
